WHY:
There are many benefits to training in Wado-Ryu Karate-Do.  Through hard training and the constructive stress that it provides, students learn to push themselves to be physically stronger, faster, and more coordinated while at the same becoming mentally more disciplined, confident, and focused.  Training in Wado-Ryu Karate also provides a strong foundation for facing life's challenges with tenacity, behaving with courtesy and responsibility, and resisting bad influences.

HOW TO START:
Just bring your kids or show up yourself on any Monday or Wednesday night at 6:00. New students are always welcome.  Ages 7 and up only, please.

Greg Rubinson is a 3rd Dan (3rd-degree black belt) in Wado-Ryu Karate under Sensei M.
